Hedron is played on a board representing an opened dodecahedron (a 12 sided surface) which forms 12 five-sided areas. (the "outside" of the figure is the 12th area). The players take turns placing an "X" or an "O" on one of the lines of the figure. Whoever puts marks on three or more sides of an area controls that area and gets the points for that area (printed inside). Whoever puts marks on three or more of the border sides gets the points for the "12th" area. The player with the most points wins.
The only strategy involved here is that the areas are worth widely varying numbers of points; anywhere from 1 to 21. It also should be noted that making a mark can give a player control of two areas. Still, a very simple game that can be played in a few minutes.
